27. Straddle Stretch Skate Taps
Start sitting in a wide straddle pose - spine neutral - shoulders relaxed - core engaged - legs extended out to each side as wide as comfortable opening the hip flexors - turn the torso and stretch forwards with palm tapping inside edge of skate - chest lowers to the upper thigh - leg remains straight - alternate sides - continue with a rhythmic action, dynamically stretching the legs and lower back.
