26. Side Lying Leg Raise
Start lying on the side of the body - feet stacked and the elbow under the shoulder - forearm on the floor - raise the top leg upwards lifting the skate - keep hips steady, try not to allow rotation of the body with any forward or backward rocking - as the leg raises squeeze the glute muscle tight - lower leg - continue with action - alternate legs and repeat.
