RollerFitness Ltd is an online training provider for fitness and roller skating enthusiasts who wish to become certified instructors and teach RollerFitness classes in their community. Our training programme delivers endorsed teaching methods through training resources that you download and can apply to your sessions. Upon completion of our certification, you are able to teach RollerFitness classes in your community, either under our brand name or in a way that works for you.

RollerFitness combines roller skating and exercise activity that is planned, structured, and repetitive for the purpose of conditioning the body. RollerFitness consists of cardiovascular conditioning, muscle strength and endurance training, as well as the applied sciences of roller skating.

Quad roller skates or inline roller blades require balance, so every exercise requires stronger core engagement, correct posture and technique to prevent you from falling over.
