28. Straddle Raised Flicks
Start sitting in a wide straddle pose - spine neutral - shoulders relaxed - core engaged - legs extended out to each side as wide as comfortable opening the hip flexors - bend one knee rolling skate inwards - raise leg off ground - flexion and extension of the knee, creating a kicking action - lower skate returning to straddle - alternate legs and repeat.
