31. Low Plank Sprint Climber
Start in low plank position - skates hip distance apart - lift up through hips rolling skates in towards the chest - small dynamic movements, alternating the legs rolling forwards and back - body remains in a tuck position - push down through the forearms as if you are pushing away from the floor - keep the neck neutral - continue with a rhythmic controlled movement.
