Start in knee supported plank position - elbows and shoulders align - forearms parallel - keep hips square to the floor - extend one leg and raise to hip height - bend at the knee forming a 90 degree angle - raise and lower leg pushing skate wheels upwards - maintain 90 degrees at the knee joint - as the leg raises squeeze the glute muscle tight - lower leg - continue with action - alternate legs and repeat.
