23. Low Ab Heel Taps

Start by lying on the back - chin off the chest - spine neutral - arms at each side palms facing down - raise legs forming 90 degree angle at the hips - bend the knees - engage core - keeping the knees bent, lower one skate towards the floor - return and repeat on the opposite leg - movement is controlled - (important not to allow arching of the lower back) - repeat the action.
