24. Glute Bridge Straight Leg Raise
Start by lying on the back - arms relaxed at each side - push shoulders into the mat - roll the skates back towards the body bending at the knees and lift the hips from the floor - transfer body weight to supporting leg - raise the opposite leg extending at the knee - extended leg lowers towards the floor and returns - alternate legs - repeat the action.
