33. Quad Lean Back
Start in kneeling position - knees hip distance apart - skate wheels facing upwards - spine neutral - shoulders relaxed - core engaged - cross the arms over the chest resting palms on each opposite shoulder - looking forwards, lean the torso backwards maintaining alignment in shoulders, hips and knees - try not to arch the lower back - lean as far backwards as comfortably & technically possible - controlled movement - hold - pull forwards returning to start position - repeat the action.
