Start in knee supported plank position - elbows and shoulders align - forearms parallel - keep hips square to the floor - raise the skates towards the glutes bending at knees - lower the skates towards the floor - repeat the action - try not to allow the skates to touch the floor during your curl repetitions - movement is controlled - repeat the action.
