35. Inside Edge Knee Lifts

Start in standing position - facing forwards - shoulders relaxed - skates parallel, hip distance apart - engage core - lift the inner edge of one skate upwards towards the centre line of the body - the knee is directed outwards - opposite palm taps the inside skate edge - lower leg and alternate - weight is transferred between the left and right sides of the body - continue with a rhythmic controlled movement.
