17. Courtesy Lunges
Start in V-stance, toes point outwards - slight bend at the knees - facing forwards - arms extended at shoulder height - transfer weight to the right leg and bend the knee lowering the hips - roll the left skate backwards crossing behind the right skate - lower into a deep lunge - roll the left skate back to V-stance and repeat alternating sides - continue for 1 minute.
