15. Butterfly

Start by lying on the back - chin off the chest - spine neutral - arms at each side palms facing down - raise legs forming 90 degree angle at the hips - legs are straight and skate wheels point upwards - simultaneously lower legs out to each side as wide as comfortable - return to centre - keep the legs straight - return to centre and repeat - continue for 1 minute.
